📄 CONSULTANCY & ACCOMMODATION SUPPORT AGREEMENT
1. PARTIES
This Agreement is made between the Client and Britanya Home. Britanya Home provides consultancy and accommodation support services only and does not act as a landlord, property owner, or letting agent.
2. SCOPE OF SERVICES
Britanya Home provides the following services:
• Property search assistance
• Viewing coordination
• Guidance on tenancy agreements
• Relocation support
Britanya Home does not:
• Own or manage any properties
• Act as a landlord or letting agent
• Guarantee the acceptance of any tenancy application
3. BRITANYA HOME – CONSULTANCY PACKAGES
🟢 Basic Consultancy Package
(Entry-level advisory service)
Includes:
• Overview of the UK rental market
• Personalised budget and area recommendations
• Shortlist of 3 suitable properties
• General guidance via WhatsApp or email
Excludes:
• Viewing coordination
• Property securing process
• Communication with landlords or letting agents
🔵 Standard Package
(Full property search and rental support)
Includes:
• All services included in the Basic Consultancy Package
• Tailored property search based on the Client’s requirements
• Shortlist of 10 suitable properties
• Viewing coordination (virtual and in-person)
• Communication with landlords and letting agents
• Management of the application process
• Review and explanation of the tenancy agreement (AST)
• Support with referencing and tenant checks
• Guidance on secure and compliant payment procedures in the UK
🔴 Premium Package
(Comprehensive relocation and priority service)
Includes:
• All services included in the Standard Package
• Priority handling and fast-track processing
• Access to off-market and exclusive property listings
• Express property search (target: 3–7 days)
• Check-in coordination and move-in support
• Airport pick-up (available as an optional add-on)
• Guidance on UK bank account setup
• Assistance with SIM card setup, GP registration, and council Tax procedures
• Relocation and settlement support, Utility Submittion.
• Dedicated WhatsApp support for the first month
⚖️ Important Note
The selected package and the applicable consultancy fee must be agreed in writing prior to the commencement of services. All services provided by Britanya Home are offered as an independent consultancy service. The final tenancy agreement is entered into directly between the Client and the Landlord.
4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Britanya Home shall not be held responsible for:
• Decisions made by landlords
• The physical condition of the property
• Any contractual disputes between the tenant and the landlord
All final agreements are made directly between the Client and the Landlord.
5. PROPERTY SELECTION, PAYMENTS, CANCELLATION, AND LEGAL TERMS
The Client acknowledges that the final decision regarding any property selection rests solely with the Client. All property-related information, including descriptions, pricing, and availability, is provided by third parties (such as landlords or letting agents). While Britanya Home makes reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, it does not guarantee the completeness or reliability of such information.
The Client further acknowledges that, in order to secure a property in the United Kingdom, certain payments may be required directly by the landlord or letting agent. These may include, but are not limited to, a holding deposit (typically equivalent to one month’s rent) and rent in advance (which may range from 6 to 12 months, depending on the landlord’s requirements and the Client’s circumstances). Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing, all such payments are made directly to the landlord or letting agent and not to Britanya Home.
In the event that the Client cancels the service after it has commenced, all consultancy fees paid shall be strictly non-refundable.
All personal data provided by the Client shall be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR, and will be used solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed services.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
